If accommodating up to 10 people, sleeping for the 9th & 10th persons are fold out chairs that make a single mattress on the floor. The home features a tankless water heater, so no cold showers for anyone and no waiting, and an old fashioned Soda fountain style kitchen. High speed internet and a washer and dryer make this a corporate dream. The large deck outside sits under a nice shade tree and there is a Weber grill for enjoying it. All my homes sit central to the DFW Metroplex with easy access to Interstae 30 for E/W access or Hwy 360 for N/S access. Lots of parking for this home with a long driveway accommodating up to 4-5 cars stacked
